Some Progress

OK, I made some progress in my cleaning madness, but I had to quit. I at least got it looking a bit better, but not where I want it to be. This cleaning thing is for the birds. I really want a clean house, but I can't get it. UGH!! I guess I will have to live with what I can do. It is cleaner though.

I'm Here

I promise I'm here. Been very tired and all the mess that comes with it. Still have three weeks to go until my follow up. New date to look forward to is June 5. I wished it was sooner. I want to get this show on the road.

Anyhow, other than that I have been trying to get my house cleaned to reasonable. It has been down right horrible, but I am sure it needs to be cleaned, so I started yesterday and did some cleaning, today I will do some more and some more tomorrow and Wednesday. Today's chore is to tackle all the dishes, clean the stove and sweep and mop the kitchen. Tomorrow I will clean the bathroom from top to bottom and mop the floor in there. Wednesday, I plan to clean the entry and vacuum the carpet. We just have gotten to a point where I can't handle the house. I just hope that I can handle the cleaning without suffering a lot of pay back. (I usually do, but the house is gross.)

I'm about to freecycle a bunch of stuff too. I tried to sell some of it, but I really at this point want it out of my house. A trip to Goodwill may be in my future to get this stuff out.

OK, better get started with the day. We also have school today and will have about 4 more weeks left, unless something happens and we need to go longer again. (I hope not, but I'm not holding my breath.) Have a good week all. Take care and thanks for all the prayers again.

Doctor Update

I know, I went to the doctor two days ago and still haven't updated you. I guess life is hectic. I ended up working a long day Monday after the appointment because of people who called in sick. (I usually go to a Mom's Night Out on the second Monday of the month.) Anyhow, at the appointment he asked a billion questions, went over some of my paper work, checked all my joints, sent me for a LOT of blood work and X-Rays. I go back on June 5th to get the results. All I can tell you from the appointment is that he killed my left knee. However he manipulated it, it hurt!! I actually screamed out in pain. It hurt really bad. Here we are two days later and it still hurts. Anyhow, so we are waiting for June 5th to get results and start medicine. He told me what he would like to start me on if my lab work comes back fine, but we will see. Anyhow, I better be going. We are doing school and running errands today. Continue to pray for finances for these appointments. The first one was not so bad expense wise and I was able to put some of the money toward the next one, so hopefully I can do the same again. Thursday

Well, its Thursday. There is not much to say. Things have been going. We are probably only doing spelling for the rest of the week, since we have out of town family in this weekend. I am too achy and pained to really care. I have the hope that this will be my last week of really being uneasy and pained. We are down to 4 days. Anyhow, I figure it is fine. We will get finished, it just may take us a little longer. I am going to go for now. Have a good week and if you live local, go vote please. Take care all.

1 Week

I have exactly one week until the big appointment and still need quite a bit of money to make it happen. I am trusting that we will have the money we need to at least get started. We won't have the $1200 we were told it "could" cost, but we should have 70% of that. I am determined to make it through. I know that I am almost there. 1 week to go. YEAH!! That's all for today. It's MAY!!!

It's May!!! Only 9 days to go. I think I can, I think I can. LOL!! I have been doing okay...I had two really good days and got a lot done, but from the feel of today, its not going to be near as good. I have learned to take the good days in stride and clean and do what I can, because the bad days I don't do anything but do school and go to work. We've even missed school on a few days. Anyways, I am getting there and I think I can, I think I can!!
